Do not pay attention to negative thoughts that you cannot change. Put your attention in things that you can change.

Read more real books.

Smile more, it really makes you happier!

What others think is not important, it is what you yourself think.

Sit in silence for at least 15 minutes a day.

Sleep at least 7 hours a night.

Do not take yourself too seriously, because others do not.

Don't waste your valuable energy on gossiping.
