What is healthy living now? This is different for everyone, because every person is different.                                          Below are some tips on how you can live a healthier life, but only do it if you enjoy it. Do whatever suits you, then you will move on.

 

 

 

Good daily habits

 

Watch less TV : you are often confronted with negativity or shocking images via television.

Limit computer use : behind a PC your blood circulation stops and you detoxify less.

Stop gossiping : always talk about someone as if they were there, this way you keep the energy pure.

Avoid chemical cleaning agents : it enters the body through the skin, the air or food.

Do a sport that suits you every week : exercising and having fun are essential to de-stress.
