10 Tips For More Flow in Your Life

The flow is for many a vague concept, but when you consider that it means that you are one with your environment, without being concerned with time and that you are completely absorbed in what you do, you would not be in want your life? That is why we give you 10 tips to get more flow into your life.

The flow is a flow where there is collaboration between your qualities and your environment. The state of flow is exactly between stress and boredom: in a certain sense it is a kind of balance. If you look at a ballerina balancing on a rope, then if you observe carefully, you can see that she is actually constantly getting out of balance and adjusting this quickly. In daily life we   also have a lot to do with invitations that we can accept. These can be thoughts, or an extra task that you get from the boss. Always try to keep the peace to feel if something fits you or if it is not in line with you who you are.

Do things where your heart lies

If you do something that is completely in your mind, then your heart can open and the exchange and interaction can begin without the mind interfering.

Switch off your inner voice for a moment

The little voice in your head, and especially the critic, can cause you to think too much and not connect with your environment from your feelings. Thinking too much can block the flow and flow of your life. Therefore try to become silent inside. Walking is one of the healthiest things you can do. By walking your body starts flowing and with it your mind. The rhythm of each pass can have a healing and grounding effect. Especially if you walk in nature you can make contact with your environment and yourself. How often do you really have contact with yourself or is there a computer, TV or something else in between?

Share your qualities

We all have our own unique qualities. If we use our qualities, this usually does not cost any energy, but it actually provides energy. What could be better than sharing your own qualities with others in order to get further connected together?

Fear of not doing it right and therefore making mistakes causes the process of flows, becoming one and connection to stagnate. Every person makes mistakes and you can learn valuable lessons from making mistakes. If you don't make mistakes, then you don't learn much either. Therefore embrace mistakes and get the best out of the situation. Everyone makes mistakes anyway, so it's best to choose a yes to life. If you are afraid of making mistakes, it will not flow. Try to think about how you should cycle when you sit on the bike, chances are you will fall.

Search for pleasure

What makes you enthusiastic and what gives you pleasure? Your inner compass tells you what is good to do. You can grow enormously by stepping out of your comfort zone and thereby daring more and releasing fears. When you have fun, time is always twice as fast and therefore a sign that you are in the flow!

Stay with yourself

There are others enough, so try to stay with yourself. If you meet your deepest wishes without listening to fears, then you will find that life runs more smoothly. Do you only live for others or only for yourself? If you find a balance in this, then you wear each other without harming yourself and that gives you energy to connect.

Provide a solid foundation

When you have slept well and take pure nutrition, you have the energy to work positively with your environment. Do you have a lot of stress or a problem? Then try to talk about this and express yourself so that it cannot affect the flow of energy.
