15 Tips For a Health Boost

It is not necessary to read thick books to improve your health, because with these short tips you can make major changes to your life and your sense of well-being with small adjustments.

 

Eat unprocessed food such as oats, legumes, vegetables, fruit, seeds, etc.

Stop taking refined sugar.

Drink at least 12 to 15 glasses of water a day.

Avoid industrial meat and farmed fish.

Eliminate dairy products, caffeine and alcohol.

Limit coffee and prefer green tea.

Avoid all soft drinks.

Avoid white bread and refined flour products.

Avoid margarine and all other commercial oils. Use butter and organic cold-pressed olive oil instead.

Take linseed, chia seed or hemp seed oil daily for the omega-3 fatty acids.

Try to consume miso, kelp, or shiitakes regularly.

Avoid potatoes and choose rice. Brown rice is better than white rice.

Buy organic foods whenever possible.

Ensure regular exercise.

Do relaxation exercises for 15 minutes a day such as breathing consciously, meditation, tai chi, visualisations or a prayer.
