Healthy Diet - Some Tips

A healthy diet helps us maintain or improve our health and, most importantly, helps in the fight against health problems such as: cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and cancer. A healthy diet mainly involves the consumption of fruits, vegetables and cereals, but also moderate amounts of meat and sea products to satisfy energy requirements, but also to supply the body with essential nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and vegetable fibers .


Below you will find an example of a healthy diet.

Breakfast: • 1 glass of milk 1.5% fat

• 1 slice of black bread 30 gr, 1 teaspoon of butter

• 1 coffee spoon of honey

Paradreka: • 1 apple + cinnamon

Lunch: • 120 gr beef fillet in the carrier or oven

• 1 salad plate (150gr) + 1 tablespoon of olive oil shoulder

• Turtle vegetables in the oven

• 1 loaf of black bread 30 gr

Afternoon: • 1 kostotal 0% + 1 tablespoon of soup + 5 almonds

Dinner: • 1 handful of strawberry
